These conditions are dated 28 October 2026. Opening threadsymphony.site is an acknowledgement of them. If you disagree, leave the site. Letters sent apart from the site may continue where the law allows.

Venue first

The governing law is California law, without a conflict-of-laws rule that would select another place. Venue for a court dispute lies in San Luis Obispo County, California, in the state or federal court that has jurisdiction.

Marks, files, and outside pages

Page text and the stave drawing belong to MARTENWOODS LLC, except where a passage is marked as coming from your letter. You may keep a copy to check a fact. You may not recast the site as a product, or speak as the company, without written consent. Send attachments only when you have the right to send them. Passwords, payment cards, and another person's identity document are out of bounds. An outward link follows the other site's conditions. Social accounts and store badges are not posted. Fonts come from Google Fonts.

What the company will not owe

Error-free or continuous pages are not warranted, aside from duties a statute keeps in place. When a company record changes, the Company Information page is the revision to trust. Indirect loss from use of the site, or from reliance on a general description, is excluded to the extent a statute allows that exclusion. Liability that applicable law refuses to let anyone set aside remains.

Refusals

Refused on sight: incentivized installs; account rental; fake reviews; account farming; fake traffic; any request to evade platform rules.

What the writings are

A marten trace, a wood line, and a stand label are ordinary text. They are not a tour, a map, or timber. A thread sheet, a symphony card, and a measure reading are not an official-partner claim for any platform, and they are not a guarantee of approval, installs, clicks, or revenue. A symphony card is not a concert ticket.

Why the record is printed
